Pet Policy
Maple District Lofts is a pet-friendly community, we accept dogs, cats, and service animals. The pet fee is $400 (non-refundable) per apartment. We allow 2 pets per home with a 60 lb weight limit. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Standard breed restrictions apply.
*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws.
